The #BeBetterPlatform is excited to welcome Sally Srok from Inner Compass Consulting as our professional development speaker for November.

As Principal of Inner Compass Consulting, Sally creates compelling leadership and communication workshops for organizations, provides Executive Coaching for women executives, and facilitates weekly peer group coaching for small groups. She offers her clients an array of tools that come from her personal experience in leadership and her training in psychology.

Her unique process of using the Enneagram as a foundational tool ensures her clients gain a deeper sense of themselves, and a broader understanding of others. Sally is also an instructor at Santa Rosa Junior College and Humboldt State University, a motivational speaker, and a published author of The New Jew: An Unexpected Conversion and the upcoming A Modern Divorce.
